Handler
Miranda IM Database Handler is a PHP class that allows you to read or write the database of Miranda IM.
This script requires PHP5, for it uses exceptions handling. If you only have a PHP4 environment, you can do some fixing such as replacing new keyword in PHP5 and commenting the codes related with exceptions handling to port it to PHP4.
Tool: DB Migration
Miranda IM Database Migration Tool allows you to migrate list of groups, alias of contacts, and the settings of system from a old database to a new one.
For some reason, sometimes we may need to build a brand new database. Then the trouble comes: all user-specified nickname and most of group of contacts were lost. This tool can help you to migrate some original data such as the settings mentioned above to the new one.

Miranda IM Contacts Grouping Tool is written in PHP-GTK. It allows you to classify contacts quickly.
This tool is currently under development. It is expected to be released in the late December if everything goes well.
